– Clients are attended with a previous appointment.
– Payment is made by bank transfer before the shipment of the order.

– When we do a shipment, the client shall have 2 days (upon receipt) to make a complaint by contacting the company.
– If returned, the buyer must send the product back in the same condition it was received, taking charge of packaging annd shipping costs (if needed).
