He started in the word of guitars with the master Jacques Vicentí in 2001, and after his great passion towards everything that has to do with guitars he decided to visit the Master Arcángel in 2010, who taught and counseled him until Leonardo Plattner remained as the successor to his workshop after Arcángel’s retirement in late 2011, and he continued the tradition, using all the tools and secrets.

Flamenco guitar built by the guitar master Leonardo Plattner, born in Geneva. He started in the word of guitars with the master Jacques Vicentí in 2001, and after his great passion towards everything that has to do with guitars he decided to visit the Master Arcángel in 2010, who taught and counseled him until Leonardo Plattner remained as the successor to his workshop after Arcángel’s retirement in late 2011, and he continued the tradition, using all the tools and secrets. Leonardo’s guitars have truly excellent finishes and sound and have been completely handmade in the same way as Arcángel used to.
Note that Leonardo built this guitar while learning from the Master Arcángel.
The selection of the woods used for this instrument is a top quality German pine spruce that has been under a cure that lasted several years for the soundboard, and cypress for the body (sides and back), its beauty and features stunning. Both have been chosen carefully.
Thanks to the selection of woods used on this instrument, its sound is exquisite to the ears of both lovers and professionals of flamenco, offering exceptional depth and brilliance on the bass strings, together with powerful and crystalline trebles, as well as the great harmonic balance between bass and trebles and perfect comfort on both hands.
The pulsation of this guitar is of medium tension with the strings at the perfect height for performance.
The guitar is in excellent condition. This guitar has only been used on exhibitions, that is by it has barely been used.
