The selection of woods used for this instrument is Cedar of exceptional sound and top quality grain for the soundboard, and Brazilian rosewood of stunning beauty and features for the body (sides and back), which is really hard to find nowadays.
Thanks to the perfect selection of woods Francisco Barba used on this instrument, its sound is completely extraordinary, offering exquisite resonance and depth on the bass strings together with crystalline and powerful trebles, as well as exceptional balance and softness between bass and treble, with a very soft and comfortable touch for the guitarist.
