The selection of woods used for this instrument is: for the soundboard, German pine spruce of exceptional sound and a grain of great quality; Cypress of impressive beauty and features is used for the body (sides and back), both very hard to find nowadays…
Thanks to the perfect selection of woods Francisco Barba used on this instrument, its sound is completely extraordinary, with exquisite resonance and depth on the bass strings, together with sharp and powerful trebles. The guitar offers perfect comfort on both of the guitarist’s hands.
The pulsation of this guitar is of medium-high tension with the strings at the perfect height for performance.
The guitar is in an excellent condition, it hasn’t got any crack nor repair, and it has been revarnished by the master himself, Francisco Barba.
