Flamenco guitar built by the guitar builder Juan Fabián Labella, born in Aldeire, Granada. He felt a great inquietude and passion for guitars from a very early age. In 1995 he started to build his own instruments, after working with Jesus and Manuel Bellido. His building method, although it is refined regarding its acoustic results, it is completely manual. He uses the best materials, among which we can find Cypress from Granada (really hard to find nowadays), and he barely uses mechanical tools, which, even though it lengthens the construction timings, it makes his guitars unique pieces.
The selection of woods used for this instrument is Geman pine spruce of great quality and a cure that lasted several years for the soundboard, and cypress of extraordinary quality and beauty for the body (sides and back), its grain straight and uniform.
Thanks to the selection of woods used on this instrument, its sound is exquisite to the ears of both lovers and professionals of flamenco, with exceptional depth and power in the bass strings, together with brilliant and crystalline trebles, as well as a great harmonic compensation between bass and treble, offering a typical and unmistakable sound.
This guitar offers perfect comfort on both of the guitarist’s hands.
The pulsation of this guitar is of medium tension with the strings at the perfect height for performance.
