There are many professionals who own Vicente’s guitars, such as Tomatito, Cañizares, El Niño Josele, Paco de Lucía, etc.
Noting that Vicente Carrillo worked alongside the great master Paco de Lucía, building guitars under his firm, which were worldwide recognized. We should also highlight the fact that he received the National Crafts Award in 2010.
The selection of woods used for this instrument is top quality cedar with a cure that lasted several years for the soundboard, and Indian rosewood of extraordinary quality and beauty and a cure that lasted several years for the body (sides and back).
Thanks to the selection of woods used on this instrument, its sound is exquisite to the ears of both lovers and professionals of flamenco, with exceptional depth and brilliance in the bass strings, together with sharp and crystalline trebles. The guitar is in very good condition, without any kind of repair, and it simply has some superficial scratches on the board due to wear.
